Bar Refaeli Lights Up Hannukah 2012
After she was cast for a movie, supermodel Bar Refaeli is now rumored to also conquer the theater stages- starting of course in Israel, playing none other than Cinderella, in a Hannukah musical for kids.
For those who don’t know, the Hannukah holiday in Israel is also known as the holiday of musicals for children, and the success of each play pretty much depends on the casting. Each year, a very respectable number of musicals show 3-4 times a day, giving the Israeli kids a chance to see the most popular celebrities and performers, who usually close a (big fat) contract almost a year in advance.
According to rumors, Refaeli received a few offers for the coming Hannukah in December. She’s very excited about moving her acting career forward, and is about to close the contract with M.M. Production to play the lead role in Cinderella, which is scheduled to show in Tel Aviv’s ‘Beit Hachayal.’
