Bar Refaeli to the American Dancing with the Stars
Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli has been approached to compete on ABC’s top reality TV show Dancing with the Stars, AbbaNibi has exclusively learnt.
Looks like after last year’s participation of Elisabetta Canalis, an Italian model who famously dated George Clooney, Dancing with the Stars producers want to fill the ‘supermodel who dated a movie star’ spot, and Refaeli (who dated Leonardo DiCaprio for 5 years)is one of the most successful models in the world right now, with a gossip-ish past.
“Yes they did turn to Bar,” manager and mother Zipi Refaeli commented exclusively to AbbaNibi about the rumor, “but, she can’t commit to something like that, because of her hectic work schedule.”
Unfortunately, AbbaNibi did not receive a comment from ABC representatives by the time this story was published, but looks like the disco ball has dropped and it’s up to Dancing with the Stars’ casting team to negotiate.
Bar’s “hectic work schedule” includes, in the past few months, a full promo schedule for ‘Escada’ perfume plus fashion campaigns for GAP fit and Arrow (alongside Josh Duhamel). Refaeli, who’s currently in Paris, is also leading campaigns in France, Colombia and Israel.
Abbanibi is getting the phone ready to vote, just in case Bar and ABC are able to work the schedule out.
