What Peres Told Zuckerberg

Mar 19 2012

One of the pictures that was published last week from Shimon Peres’ Media Office  has created a cute buzz in Israel. The picture, taken during the Israeli President’s visit to the Facebook offices in California, shows the President writing on a board with chalk, while Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg stands beside him smiling.

The picture caught the creative eyes of ‘Feeder,’ a blog in the field of digital, advertising, technology and social media in Israel, who turned this picture into a Facebook app, where everyone can type in whatever they want and it appears as if President Shimon Peres is writing it on the board for Zuckerberg.

According to Asael Kahana, Feeder’s creative manager, more than 30K people have already used this app, including  President Shimon Peres himself, who used it  to wish “Shabbat shalom” to all of Israel on his official Facebook page.
